Terms and conditions:
- Police Mortgages guarantees to have your mortgage approved within 30 working days, or the company will provide £500 back to the borrower upon completion of the mortgage.
- 30 day timescale is started upon submission of the mortgage to the lender by Police Mortgages.
- All documents requested must be submitted in pdf format or as original documents within 24 hours of the request of the broker.
- The required documents will be: proof of ID, proof of address, acceptable proof of income, 3 months original bank statements, existing mortgage statement, statements of any credit commitments and proof of deposit if gifted.
- Should there be a delay due to the lender being unable to book a valuation, this time will be removed.
- Mortgages excluded from this offer include: Self-build mortgages and mortgages declined by the lender.
- Subject to the information you provided to us about your circumstances being true and correct.
